TP4054 يک شارژر خطي کامل با جريان ثابت/ولتاژ ثابت براي باتري هاي ليتيوم يون تک سلولي است. بسته SOT و تعداد کم اجزاي خارجي آن، TP4054 را براي برنامه هاي قابل حمل ايده آل مناسب مي کند. علاوه بر اين، TP4054 مي تواند در داخل USB و آداپتور ديواري کار کند. به هيچ مقاومت حس خارجي نياز نيست، و به دليل معماري داخلي PMOSFET و داراي مدار جريان شارژ منفي، به ديود مسدود کننده نياز نيست. بازخورد حرارتي جريان شارژ را تنظيم مي کند تا دماي قالب را در حين کار با توان بالا يا دماي بالاي محيط محدود کند. ولتاژ شارژ روي 4.2 ولت ثابت است و جريان شارژ را مي توان به صورت خارجي با يک مقاومت برنامه ريزي کرد. TP4054 هنگامي که جريان شارژ به 1/10 مقدار برنامه ريزي شده پس از ولتاژ شناور نهايي کاهش يابد، به طور خودکار چرخه شارژ را خاتمه مي دهد.



Description

The TP4054 is a complete constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its SOT package and low external component count make the TP4054 ideally suited for portable applications. Furthermore, the TP4054 can work within USB and wall adapter. No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal PMOSFET architecture and have prevent to negative Charge Current Circuit. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The TP4054 automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached.
