توضیحات
مواد مغناطيسي مقاومت مي توانند مقاومت خود را در يک ميدان مغناطيسي خارجي تغيير دهند. تغيير مقاومت با چرخش مغناطيس با توجه به جهت جريان جريان تعيين مي شود. پرمالوي (Ni81Fe19) به صورت تجاري به عنوان ماده مغناطيسي استفاده مي شود. تغيير نسبي مقاومت 2-3 درصد براي اين ماده است. سنسور با حساسيت بالا و اندازه کوچک از يک تراشه سيليکوني پوشيده شده با نوارهاي نازک پرمالياژ تشکيل شده است. اين نوارها يک پل وتستون را تشکيل مي دهند که ولتاژ خروجي آن به ميدان مغناطيسي بستگي دارد.
Description
Magnetoresistive materials can change their resistivity in an external magnetic field. The variation of the resistivity is determined by the rotation of magnetisation with respect to the direction of the current flow. Permalloy (Ni81Fe19) is commercially used as magnetoresistive material. The relative change of resistivity is 2-3 % for this material. The high sensitive and small size sensor consists of a silicon chip coated with thin film permalloy stripes. These stripes form a Wheatstone bridge whose output voltage depends on the magnetic field.
