توضیحات
TGS 2620 حساسيت بالايي به بخارات حلال‌هاي آلي و ساير بخارات فرار دارد که آن را براي آشکارسازهاي بخار آلي / هشدار دهنده مناسب مي‌کند.
عنصر حسگر از يک لايه نيمه هادي اکسيد فلزي تشکيل شده است که روي يک بستر آلومينا يک تراشه حسگر به همراه يک گرم کننده يکپارچه تشکيل شده است. در حضور يک گاز قابل تشخيص، رسانايي سنسور بسته به غلظت گاز در هوا افزايش مي يابد. يک مدار الکتريکي ساده مي تواند تغيير رسانايي را به سيگنال خروجي تبديل کند که با غلظت گاز مطابقت دارد.
Description
The TGS 2620 has high sensitivity to the vapors of organic solvents as well as other volatile vapors, making it suitable for organic vapor detectors/alarms
The sensing element is comprised of a metal oxide semiconductor layer formed on an alumina substrate of a sensing chip together with an integrated heater. In the presence of a detectable gas, the sensors conductivity increases depending on the gas concentration in the air. A simple electrical circuit can convert the change in conductivity to an output signal which corresponds to the gas concentration.. Due to miniaturization of the sensing chip, TGS 2620 requires a heater current of only 42mA
