TGS 2602 حساسيت بالايي به غلظت کم گازهاي بدبو مانند آمونياک و H2S توليد شده از مواد زائد در محيط هاي اداري و خانگي دارد. عنصر حسگر از يک لايه نيمه هادي اکسيد فلزي تشکيل شده است که روي بستر آلومينا يک تراشه حسگر به همراه يک گرم کننده يکپارچه تشکيل شده است. در حضور گاز قابل تشخيص، رسانايي حسگر بسته به غلظت گاز در هوا افزايش مي يابد. يک مدار الکتريکي ساده مي‌تواند تغيير رسانايي را به يک سيگنال خروجي تبديل کند که با غلظت گاز مطابقت دارد. اين حسگر همچنين حساسيت بالايي به غلظت‌هاي پايين VOCs مانند تولوئن منتشر شده از تکميل چوب و محصولات ساختماني دارد.
Description
The TGS 2602 has high sensitivity to low concentrations of odorous gases such as ammonia and H2S generated from waste materials in office and home environments. The sensing element is comprised of a metal oxide semiconductor layer formed on the alumina substrate of a sensing chip together with an integrated heater. In the presence of detectable gas, sensor conductivity increases depending on gas concentration in the air. A simple electrical circuit can convert the change in conductivity to an output signal which corresponds to the gas concentration.The sensor also has high sensitivity to low concentrations of VOCs such as toluene emitted from wood finishing and construction products.
