توضیحات
ITR9606 متشکل از يک ديود ساطع کننده مادون قرمز و يک ترانزيستور نوري سيليکوني NPN است که در کنار هم بر روي محور نوري همگرا در يک محفظه ترموپلاستيک مشکي قرار گرفته اند. ترانزيستور نوري فقط از IRED تابش را دريافت مي کند. اين وضعيت عادي است. اما وقتي يک جسم در بين است، فوتوترانزيستور نمي تواند تابش را دريافت کند.
عملکرد:
ديود مادون قرمز: نوري با طول موج نامرئي (مادون قرمز) ساطع مي‌کند.
فتوترانزيستور: هنگامي که نور مادون قرمز به فتوترانزيستور برخورد مي‌کند، جريان الکتريکي در آن ايجاد مي‌شود و به اين ترتيب يک مدار الکتريکي بسته مي‌شود.
قطع و وصل نور: اگر نور مادون قرمز بين ديود و فتوترانزيستور قطع شود (مثلاً يک جسم بين آن‌ها قرار گيرد)، جريان الکتريکي قطع مي‌شود و مدار باز مي‌شود.
کاربردها:
تشخيص حرکت: در سيستم‌هاي امنيتي، شمارنده‌ها، و سنسورهاي تشخيص حرکت استفاده مي‌شود.
اندازه گيري سطح: براي اندازه‌گيري سطح مايعات در مخازن استفاده مي‌شود.
کدخوان‌ها: در دستگاه‌هاي کدخوان مانند بارکدخوان‌ها کاربرد دارد.
کليدهاي لمسي: در کليدهاي لمسي و صفحه کليدهاي لمسي استفاده مي‌شود.
کنترل موتورها: براي کنترل سرعت و جهت چرخش موتورها استفاده مي‌شود.
Description
The ITR9606 consists of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor, which are placed side by side on the convergent optical axis in a black thermoplastic housing. The phototransistor only receives radiation from the IRED. This is normal. However, when an object is in the way, the phototransistor cannot receive radiation.
Function:
Infrared diode: Emits light of an invisible wavelength (infrared).
Phototransistor: When infrared light hits the phototransistor, an electric current is generated in it, thus closing an electrical circuit.
Light switching: If the infrared light between the diode and the phototransistor is interrupted (for example, an object is placed between them), the electric current is interrupted and the circuit is opened.
Applications:
Motion detection: Used in security systems, counters, and motion detection sensors.
Level measurement: Used to measure the level of liquids in tanks.
Code readers: Used in code reading devices such as barcode readers.
Touch keys: Used in touch keys and touch keypads.
Motor control: Used to control the speed and direction of rotation of motors.
