مقاومت نوري PT334-6B يا LDR يک مقاومت حساس به شدت نور است. اين مقاومت مانند مقاومت هاي معمولي داراي دو پايه براي اتصال به pcb يا ساير قطعات الکترونيکي مي باشد. و از سولفيت کادميوم ساخته شده است که با افزايش شدت نور کاهش مي يابد. اين يک فوتوترانزيستور مسطح سيليکوني NPN با سرعت بالا و حساسيت بالا است که در يک بسته استاندارد 5 ميلي متري قالب گيري شده است. به دليل سياه بودن اپوکسي، دستگاه به تشعشعات مرئي و نزديک به مادون قرمز حساس است.
Description
PT334-6B photoresistor or LDR is a resistance sensitive to light intensity. This resistor, like normal resistors, has two bases to connect to pcb or other electronic components. And it is made of cadmium sulfite, which decreases as the intensity of illumination increases. It is a high-speed, high-sensitivity silicon NPN planar phototransistor molded in a standard 5mm package. Due to the blackness of the epoxy, the device is sensitive to visible and near-infrared radiation.
