Description
1. Main functions and features
- Can automatically identify and print out NAND Flash chip model information and bad block information.
New chip models and parameters can be customized to support more chips.
- NAND chip read, write, write verification, clear.
Bad block flags can be modified and cleared.
Supports operations on redundant areas (also called oob or spare areas).
The contents of the mother chip can be read out and copied to another chip.
- USB2.0 interface for power supply, easy to use and fast transmission speed.
- Passed a large number of chip verifications.
Actual testing of chips from multiple manufacturers, such as Samsung, Hynix, Micron (Numonyx), Toshiba, Sharp, Spansion, STM, ESMT (Taiwan), Winbond, Zentel, MXIC, etc.
In addition to TSOP48 packaged 3.3V NAND, several new types of chips are currently supported.
