INSULATOR SHEET FOR TO-3 يا ورق عايق براي TO-3 قطعه‌اي است که براي عايق کردن ترانزيستورها يا آي‌سي‌هاي با پکيج TO-3 از هيت سينک يا بدنه دستگاه استفاده مي‌شود.
چرا از ورق عايق استفاده مي‌شود؟
ترانزيستورها و آي‌سي‌هاي TO-3 در هنگام کار کردن گرماي زيادي توليد مي‌کنند. براي جلوگيري از آسيب ديدن اين قطعات، از هيت سينک براي دفع گرما استفاده مي‌شود. اما از آنجا که هيت سينک معمولاً فلزي است و مي‌تواند باعث اتصال کوتاه شود، از ورق عايق براي عايق کردن قطعه از هيت سينک استفاده مي‌شود.
جنس ورق عايق:
