الکترود مسي پيزوالکتريک 30x12x5 ميلي‌متري به يک صفحه نازک از مس گفته مي‌شود که با يک ماده پيزوالکتريک (مانند کوارتز، سراميک‌هاي پيزوالکتريک و ...) پوشش داده شده يا به آن متصل شده است. اين صفحه ابعادي برابر با 30 ميلي‌متر طول، 12 ميلي‌متر عرض و 5 ميلي‌متر ضخامت دارد.
