توضیحات
KSZ8051 يک فرستنده و گيرنده لايه فيزيکي اترنت 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX با استاندارد AEC-Q100 است. KSZ8051 يک راه حل PHY بسيار يکپارچه است.
با استفاده از مقاومت‌هاي پاياني روي تراشه براي جفت‌هاي ديفرانسيل و با ادغام يک رگولاتور کم‌صدا براي تامين هسته 1.2 ولت، هزينه برد را کاهش مي‌دهد و چيدمان برد را ساده مي‌کند.
KSZ8051MNL رابط مستقل رسانه اي (MII) و KSZ8051RNL رابط مستقل رسانه کاهش يافته (RMII) را براي اتصال مستقيم با پردازنده ها و سوئيچ هاي اترنت اترنت سازگار با MII-/RMII ارائه مي دهد.
يک کريستال 25 مگاهرتز براي توليد تمام ساعت هاي مورد نياز، از جمله خروجي ساعت مرجع RMII 50 مگاهرتز براي KSZ8051RNL استفاده مي شود. KSZ8051 ويژگي هاي تشخيصي را براي تسهيل بازيابي و اشکال زدايي سيستم در آزمايش توليد و در استقرار محصول فراهم مي کند.
Description
The KSZ8051 is an AEC-Q100 standard qualified single-supply 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet physical-layer transceiver. The KSZ8051 is a highly integrated PHY solution.
It reduces board cost and simplifies board layout by using on-chip termination resistors for the differential pairs and by integrating a low-noise regulator to supply the 1.2V core.
The KSZ8051MNL offers the Media Independent Interface (MII) and the KSZ8051RNL offers the Reduced Media Independent Interface (RMII) for direct connection with MII-/RMII-compliant Ethernet MAC processors and switches.
A 25 MHz crystal is used to generate all required clocks, including the 50 MHz RMII reference clock output for the KSZ8051RNL. The KSZ8051 provides diagnostic features to facilitate system bring-up and debugging in production testing and in product deployment.
