KA7552A يکي از آي سي هاي کنترل کننده منبع تغذيه سوئيچينگ با محدوده فرکانس عملياتي از 5 تا 600 کيلوهرتز است. به لطف حفاظت و مدارهاي داخلي Insi، کنترل جريان پالس به پالس، روشن يا خاموش با پين خارجي، استارت نرم و جريان هاي کم و ... حداکثر سيکل کاري اين کنترلر در پکيج عميق 70 درصد مي باشد.
Description
KA7552A is one of the switching power supply controller ICs with a range of operational frequencies from 5 to 600 kHz. Thanks to the protection and internal circuits of Insi, the current protection pulse to pulse, on or off control with an external pin, soft start, and low currents, etc. The maximum duty cycle of this controller is 70% in deep package.
