پين پرينتريک نوع پرينتر است که از طريق استفاده از پين‌هاي جوهري يا پين‌هاي فلزي به روشي مشابه ماتريسي سطح چاپ را بر روي کاغذ ايجاد مي‌کند. اين پرينترها براي چاپ متون، اعداد و نمودارها استفاده مي‌شوند و قادرند روي انواع ورق‌هاي کاغذي و فرم‌هاي چاپي با کيفيت متوسط تا خوب چاپ انجام دهند.
