توضیحات
MOC3021 يک اپتوکوپلر تراياک است که براي جداسازي الکتريکي بين مدارهاي ولتاژ پايين و مدارهاي ولتاژ بالا استفاده مي‌شود. اين قطعه به طور گسترده در کاربردهاي کنترل AC مانند کنترل لامپ‌ها، موتورها و ساير بارهاي AC استفاده مي‌شود.
عملکرد اصلي:
جداسازي الکتريکي:
MOC3021 با استفاده از يک ديود LED مادون قرمز و يک تراياک حساس به نور، جداسازي الکتريکي بين مدار ورودي و خروجي را فراهم مي‌کند. اين جداسازي از آسيب ديدن مدارهاي ولتاژ پايين در اثر ولتاژهاي بالا جلوگيري مي‌کند.
