NCP1337 يک مدولاتور حالت جريان واقعي و يک آشکارساز مغناطيس زدايي را ترکيب مي کند که هدايت بحراني/مرزي را تحت هر شرايط بار/خط با حداقل سوئيچينگ ولتاژ تخليه (عمليات شبه تشديد) تضمين مي کند. تشخيص تنظيم مجدد هسته ترانسفورماتور به دليل مفهوم Soxyless به صورت داخلي بدون استفاده از سيگنال خارجي انجام مي شود. فرکانس داخلي به 130 کيلوهرتز محدود شده است و از عملکرد کنترلر بالاتر از حد شروع EMI 150 کيلوهرتز CISPR-22 جلوگيري مي کند. با نظارت بر فعاليت پين بازخورد، به محض اينکه تقاضاي برق به زير سطح از پيش تعيين شده کاهش يابد، کنترل کننده وارد حالت پرش مي شود. از آنجايي که هر راه اندازي مجدد توسط يک Soft-Skip داخلي هموار مي شود و از آنجايي که فرکانس نمي تواند کمتر از 25 کيلوهرتز باشد، هيچ نويز شنيده نمي شود. Description
The NCP1337 combines a true current mode modulator and a demagnetization detector that ensures critical/boundary conduction under any load/line condition with minimal drain voltage switching (quasi-resonant operation). The transformer core reset detection is done internally without using any external signal due to the Soxyless concept. The internal frequency is limited to 130 kHz, preventing the controller from operating above the CISPR-22 150 kHz EMI onset limit. By monitoring the activity of the feedback pin, as soon as the power demand drops below a preset level, the controller enters the jump mode. Since each restart is smoothed by an internal Soft-Skip, and since the frequency cannot go below 25 kHz, no noise is heard. The NCP1337 also has an efficient protection circuit that disables the output pulses in the event of an overcurrent condition and enters a fail-safe mode and attempts to restart. When the default is gone, the device will automatically restore. It also includes a bulk voltage monitoring function (aka brownout protection), an adjustable overpower compensation, and a VCC OVP. The controller restarts immediately after either of these conditions, unless the error timer has expired. Finally, a built-in 4.0 millisecond soft startup eliminates the stress of traditional startup.
