توضیحات
SHT3x-DIS نسل بعدي سنسورهاي دما و رطوبت Sensirion است. اين بر روي يک تراشه حسگر CMOSens® جديد ساخته شده است که در قلب پلت فرم جديد رطوبت و دما Sensirion قرار دارد. SHT3x-DIS هوش، قابليت اطمينان و مشخصات دقت را در مقايسه با نسل قبلي خود افزايش داده است.
عملکرد آن شامل پردازش سيگنال پيشرفته، دو آدرس I2C متمايز و قابل انتخاب توسط کاربر و سرعت ارتباط تا 1 مگاهرتز است. بسته DFN داراي ردپايي 2.5 x 2.5 ميلي متر مربع است در حالي که ارتفاع آن 0.9 ميلي متر است.
اين امکان ادغام SHT3x-DIS را در برنامه هاي مختلف فراهم مي کند. علاوه بر اين، محدوده وسيع ولتاژ تغذيه 2.15 ولت تا 5.5 ولت سازگاري با موقعيت هاي مختلف مونتاژ را تضمين مي کند. در مجموع، SHT3x-DIS داراي دانش 15 ساله Sensirion، پيشرو در صنعت حسگرهاي رطوبت است.
Description
SHT3x-DIS is the next generation of Sensirion’s temperature and humidity sensors. It builds on a new CMOSens® sensor chip that is at the heart of Sensirion’s new humidity and temperature platform. The SHT3x-DIS has increased intelligence, reliability and improved accuracy specifications compared to its predecessor.
Its functionality includes enhanced signal processing, two distinctive and user selectable I2C addresses and communication speeds of up to 1 MHz. The DFN package has a footprint of 2.5 x 2.5 mm2 while keeping a height of 0.9 mm.
This allows for integration of the SHT3x-DIS into a great variety of applications. Additionally, the wide supply voltage range of 2.15 V to 5.5 V guarantees compatibility with diverse assembly situations. All in all, the SHT3x-DIS incorporates 15 years of knowledge of Sensirion, the leader in the humidity sensor industry.
