AP2210 يک رگولاتور ULDO 300 ميلي آمپري است که نويز بسيار کم، ولتاژ خروجي بسيار کم (معمولاً 250 ميلي ولت در 300 ميلي آمپر)، جريان آماده به کار بسيار کم (حداکثر 1 ميکرو A)، و رد ريپل منبع تغذيه عالي (PSRR 75 دسي بل در 100 هرتز) را ارائه مي دهد.
اين دستگاه در برنامه هاي کاربردي با باتري مانند گوشي و PDA استفاده مي شود. و در کاربردهاي حساس به نويز، مانند الکترونيک RF. AP2210 همچنين داراي ورودي‌هاي کنترل فعال/خاموش سازگار با منطق، حالت خاموش شدن کم انرژي براي افزايش عمر باتري، حفاظت در برابر جريان بيش از حد، حفاظت از دماي بيش از حد، و حفاظت جريان معکوس است.
AP2210 داراي نسخه هاي 2.5 ولت، 2.8 ولت، 3.0 ولت، 3.3 ولت، 3.6 ولت، 4.0 ولت، 5.0 ولت و ADJ است. AP2210 در بسته هاي SOT-23-3 و SOT-23-5 صرفه جويي در فضا موجود است.
Description
The AP2210 is a 300mA ULDO regulator which provides very low noise, ultra-low dropout voltage (typically 250mV at 300mA), very low standby current (1micro A maximum), and excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR 75dB at 100Hz).
This device is used in battery powered applications, such as handsets and PDAs; and in noise sensitive applications, such as RF electronics. The AP2210 also features individual logic compatible enable/shutdown control inputs, a low power shutdown mode for extended battery life, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and reversed current protection.
The AP2210 has 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.0V, 5.0V, and ADJ versions. The AP2210 is available in the space saving SOT-23-3 and SOT-23-5 packages.
