Description
The HC89F3541/3531/3421 is an enhanced 8-bit microcontroller built on a high-frequency, low-power CMOS process. It features 32K bytes of flash program memory, 256 bytes of IRAM, and 1K bytes of XRAM. The microcontroller supports up to 30 bi-directional I/O ports and includes a total mapping module control for peripheral functions. It offers five 16-bit timer/counters, three groups of 12-bit complementary PWM with dead-time control, one 8-bit PWM, 2 UART, 1 SPI, and 1 IIC interface. Additionally, it can handle up to 26 external interrupts and integrates 16 touch key functions. The microcontroller also has 16+2 channels of 12-bit ADC, supports four system work modes (normal, low frequency, power-down, idle), and provides 18 interrupt sources.
