تراشه CH549 يک ميکروکنترلر هسته پيشرفته E8051 است که با مجموعه دستورالعمل MCS51 سازگار است. 79 درصد از دستورالعمل هاي آن دستورالعمل هاي تک بايتي تک چرخه هستند و سرعت متوسط ??دستورالعمل 8 تا 15 برابر سريعتر از استاندارد MCS51 است.
CH549 داراي حافظه داخلي برنامه 64K Flash-ROM، 256 بايت iRAM داخلي و 2K بايت xRAM روي تراشه است. xRAM از دسترسي مستقيم به حافظه DMA پشتيباني مي کند.
CH549 داراي تبديل داخلي 12 بيتي ADC آنالوگ به ديجيتال، ماژول تشخيص دکمه لمسي خازني، سنسور دماي TS، ساعت داخلي، 3 گروه تايمر و 3 ضبط سيگنال، PWM 8 کانال، 4 گروه پورت سريال ناهمزمان، SPI و ساير ماژول هاي کاربردي است.
از حالت ميزبان USB-Host با سرعت کامل و کم سرعت و حالت دستگاه USB-Device و همچنين USB نوع C پشتيباني مي کند. اگر به عملکرد کامل PD نياز داريد، توصيه مي شود از CH543 استفاده کنيد.
CH548 يک نسخه ساده شده از CH549 است، با ROM حافظه برنامه تنها 32 کيلوبايت و پورت هاي سريال ناهمزمان فقط UART0 و UART1 را ارائه مي دهد. بقيه همان CH549 هستند و مي توانيد مستقيماً به دفترچه راهنما و اطلاعات CH549 مراجعه کنيد.
Description
The CH549 chip is an enhanced E8051 core microcontroller compatible with the MCS51 instruction set. 79% of its instructions are single-byte single-cycle instructions, and the average instruction speed is 8 to 15 times faster than the standard MCS51.
The CH549 has a built-in 64K program memory Flash-ROM, 256 bytes of internal iRAM, and 2K bytes of on-chip xRAM. The xRAM supports DMA direct memory access.
The CH549 has built-in 12-bit ADC analog-to-digital conversion, capacitive touch button detection module, TS temperature sensor, built-in clock, 3 groups of timers and 3 signal captures, 8-channel PWM, 4 groups of asynchronous serial ports, SPI and other functional modules.
It supports full-speed and low-speed USB-Host host mode and USB-Device device mode as well as USB type-C. If you need complete PD function, it is recommended to use CH543.
CH548 is a simplified version of CH549, with a program memory ROM of only 32KB and asynchronous serial ports only providing UART0 and UART1. The rest are the same as CH549, and you can directly refer to the CH549 manual and information.
