توضیحات
LT ® 1086 براي تامين جريان خروجي LT1086CT-12 T تا 1.5 آمپر طراحي شده است. تمام مدارهاي داخلي به گونه اي طراحي شده اند که تا 1 ولت ديفرانسيل ورودي به خروجي کار کنند و ولتاژ خروج به طور کامل به عنوان تابعي از جريان بار مشخص مي شود.
افت خروجي در چندين نقطه عملياتي تا حداکثر 1.5 ولت در حداکثر جريان خروجي تضمين شده است. افت در جريان هاي بار کمتر کاهش مي يابد. برش روي تراشه ولتاژ مرجع/خروجي را روي 1 درصد تنظيم مي کند. محدوديت جريان نيز کاهش مي يابد و فشار وارد بر مدار تنظيم کننده و منبع تغذيه تحت شرايط اضافه بار به حداقل مي رسد.
LT1086 با رگولاتورهاي قابل تنظيم 3 ترمينال قديمي سازگار است. حداقل خازن خروجي 10 microF در اين دستگاه ها مورد نياز است. LT1086 مشخصات تنظيم بار و خط عالي را ارائه مي دهد و رد ريپل حتي در حداکثر جريان بار 1.5 آمپر از 75 دسي بل فراتر مي رود. LT1086 يک معماري شناور با يک مرحله خروجي NPN ترکيبي است. تمام جريان ساکن و جريان محرک براي مرحله خروجي به سمت بار جريان مي يابد که بازدهي را افزايش مي دهد.
Description
The LT ® 1086 is designed to provide LT1086CT-12 T up to 1.5A output current. All internal circuitry is designed to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential and the dropout voltage is fully specified as a function of load current.
Dropout is guaranteed at several operating points up to a maximum of 1.5V at maximum output current. Dropout decreases at lower load currents. On-chip trimming adjusts the reference/ouput voltage to 1%. Current limit is also trimmed, minimizing the stress on both the regulator and power source circuitry under overload conditions.
The LT1086 is pin compatible with older 3-terminal adjustable regulators. A minimum 10µF output capacitor is required on these devices. The LT1086 offers excellent line and load regulation specifications and ripple rejection exceeds 75dB even at the maximum load current of 1.5A. The LT1086 is floating architecture with a composite NPN output stage. All of the quiescent current and the drive current for the output stage flows to the load increasing efficiency.
