توضیحات
دستگاه هاي خانواده ISO7220x و ISO7221x ايزوله هاي ديجيتال دو کاناله هستند. براي تسهيل چيدمان PCB، کانال ها در ISO7220x در يک جهت و در ISO7221x در جهت مخالف قرار مي گيرند.
اين دستگاه ها داراي يک بافر منطقي ورودي و خروجي هستند که توسط سد جداسازي دي اکسيد سيليکون TI (SiO2) جدا شده است و ايزولاسيون گالوانيکي تا 4000 VPK در هر VDE ارائه مي کند.
اين دستگاه‌ها که همراه با منابع تغذيه ايزوله استفاده مي‌شوند، ولتاژ بالا را مسدود مي‌کنند و پايه‌ها را ايزوله مي‌کنند، و همچنين از ورود جريان‌هاي نويز روي گذرگاه داده يا مدارهاي ديگر به زمين محلي و تداخل يا آسيب رساندن به مدارهاي حساس جلوگيري مي‌کنند.
يک سيگنال ورودي باينري شرطي مي شود، به يک سيگنال متعادل تبديل مي شود، سپس توسط مانع جداسازي خازني متمايز مي شود. در سراسر مانع جداسازي، يک مقايسه کننده ديفرانسيل اطلاعات انتقال منطقي را دريافت مي کند، سپس يک فليپ فلاپ و مدار خروجي را تنظيم يا تنظيم مجدد مي کند.
Description
The ISO7220x and ISO7221x family devices are dualchannel digital isolators. To facilitate PCB layout, the channels are oriented in the same direction in the ISO7220x and in opposite directions in the ISO7221x.
These devices have a logic input and output buffer separated by TI’s silicon-dioxide (SiO2) isolation barrier, providing galvanic isolation of up to 4000 VPK per VDE.
Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, these devices block high voltage and isolate grounds, as well as prevent noise currents on a data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry.
A binary input signal is conditioned, translated to a balanced signal, then differentiated by the capacitive isolation barrier. Across the isolation barrier, a differential comparator receives the logic transition information, then sets or resets a flip-flop and the output circuit accordingly.
