توضیحات
CL22XX يک کنترل کننده سوئيچ برق PWM با کارايي بالا براي شارژرها و آداپتورهاي AC/DC کم مصرف است. مي تواند در سمت اوليه حس و تنظيم کند، کنترل ولتاژ ثابت با دقت بالا (CV) و جريان ثابت (CC) را يکپارچه کند و کوپلر و مقايسه کننده 431 را حذف کند.
لوله سوئيچ برق ولتاژ بالا يکپارچه داخلي 650 ولت تعداد اجزاي سيستم را به حداقل مي رساند و براي طراحي هاي کم هزينه و با کارايي بالا مناسب است. در کنترل CC، تنظيمات جريان و توان خروجي را مي توان به صورت خارجي از طريق مقاومت حسي Rcs روي پين CS تنظيم کرد.
در کنترل CV، ولتاژ خروجي به صورت خارجي با استفاده از نسبت تقسيم کننده ولتاژ مقاومت FB تنظيم مي شود. علاوه بر اين، تنظيم بار خوب را مي توان از طريق جبران خسارت خط داخلي به دست آورد.
اين سيستم در حالت PFM در حالت CV و شرايط بار سبک و در حالت PWM در حالت CC و بار سنگين کار مي کند. عملکرد چند حالته عملکرد بالا و راندمان بالا را به دست مي آورد.
Description
The CL22XX is a high-performance PWM power switch controller for low-power AC/DC charger and adapter applications. It can sense and regulate on the primary side, integrate high-precision constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) control, and eliminate the optocoupler and 431 comparator.
The internal integrated 650V high-voltage power switch tube minimizes the number of system components and is suitable for low-cost and high-performance designs. In CC control, the current and output power settings can be externally adjusted through the sense resistor Rcs on the CS pin.
In CV control, the output voltage is externally adjusted using the voltage divider ratio of the FB resistor. In addition, good load regulation can be achieved through built-in line loss compensation.
The system operates in PFM mode in CV mode and light load conditions, and in PWM mode in CC mode and heavy load. Multi-mode operation achieves high performance and high efficiency.
