SY8113 جزو ايسي هاي مبدل کاهنده DC-DC با قابليت جريان دهي تا 3 آمپر با رنج ولتاژ ورودي گسترده از 4.5 تا 16 ولت ميباشد.
از ويژگي هاي اين رگولاتور ميتوان به ريپل ولتاژ ورودي پايين ، تعداد قطعات خارجي پايين با فرکانس عملياتي 500 کيلوهرتز ،داراي سافت استارت داخلي، ولتاز رفرنس 0.6 ولتي با 1.5 درصد خطا و پکيج SOT23-6 اشاره کرد.
Description
The SY8113 is a high efficiency 500 kHz synchronousstep-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering 3Acurrent. The SY8113 operates over a wide inputvoltage range from 4.5V to 16V and integrates mainswitch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON)to minimize the conduction loss.
Low output voltage ripple and small external inductorand capacitor sizes are achieved with 500 kHzswitching frequency. It adopts the instant PWMarchitecture to achieve fast transient responses for highstep down applications.
