سري DIO7910 يک رگولاتور خطي CMOS با دقت بالا، نويز پايين، سرعت بالا، نسبت حذف نويز منبع تغذيه (PSRR) بالا و ولتاژ افت کم است که داراي قابليت بالاي حذف ريپل مي‌باشد. اين قطعه عملکردي مقرون‌به‌صرفه و جديد براي تلفن‌هاي همراه، لپ‌تاپ‌ها، نوت‌بوک‌ها و ديگر دستگاه‌هاي قابل حمل فراهم مي‌کند. DIO7910 داراي ويژگي محدوديت جريان خروجي با کاهش خودکار (fold-back) است که بسته به ولتاژ خروجي تغيير مي‌کند و اين ويژگي هم نقش محافظت در برابر اتصال کوتاه و هم محدودکننده جريان خروجي را ايفا مي‌کند. اين قطعه در بسته‌بندي‌هاي جمع‌وجور مختلفي مانند DFN1×1-4، SOT23-5، DFN0.8×0.8-4، SC70-5 و DFN2×2-6 عرضه مي‌شود.

Description
The DIO7910 series is a high-accuracy, low-noise, high-speed, high-PSRR, and low-dropout CMOS linear regulator with excellent ripple rejection. This device provides a new level of cost-effective performance for cellular phones, laptops, notebooks, and other portable devices. The DIO7910 features fold-back maximum output current that varies with the output voltage, enabling current limiting to act both as short-circuit protection and output current limiter. The device is available in multiple compact packages including DFN1×1-4, SOT23-5, DFN0.8×0.8-4, SC70-5, and DFN2×2-6.
