سنسور دما آنالوگ LM335AZ يک سنسور دماي دقيق و قابل اعتماد است که براي اندازه‌گيري دما در محدوده وسيعي از کاربردها استفاده مي‌شود. اين سنسور از نوع ديود زنر است و ولتاژ خروجي آن متناسب با دماي کلوين است.
