رله LCA110S يک اپتوماس از شرکت Clare است که در پکيج sop-6 با پايه‌هاي gull wing توليد مي‌شود. اين رله شامل يک LED داخلي و يک ترانزيستور mosfet است که وظيفه سوئيچينگ را بدون تماس مکانيکي انجام مي‌دهد. از نوع SPST (single pole single throw) بوده و قابليت سوئيچ کردن ولتاژهاي AC و DC را دارد. ايزولاسيون الکتريکي بالايي بين ورودي و خروجي فراهم مي‌کند که معمولاً در حدود 3750Vrms است. اين قطعه در کاربردهايي مانند سيستم‌هاي اندازه‌گيري، کنترل صنعتي و مدارهاي فرمان ميکروکنترلري استفاده مي‌شود.
Description
The LCA110S is an opto-MOS relay from Clare, produced in a sop-6 package with gull wing leads. It contains an internal LED and a MOSFET transistor that performs switching without mechanical contact. It is of the SPST (single pole single throw) type and can switch both AC and DC voltages. It provides high electrical isolation between input and output, typically around 3750Vrms. This component is used in applications such as measurement systems, industrial control, and microcontroller-based control circuits.
