LM1951 يک سوئيچ سمت بالا (High Side) با ترانزيستور داخلي PNP است که براي کاربردهاي با جريان و ولتاژ بالا طراحي شده و داراي مدار تشخيص خطا نيز مي‌باشد. اين قطعه مي‌تواند تا 1 آمپر جريان را با اطمينان تأمين کرده و در برابر ترانزينت‌هاي ولتاژ تا ±85 ولت مقاومت کند. مدار تشخيص خطا در شرايطي مانند اتصال کوتاه خروجي به زمين يا منبع، بار باز (Open Load)، محدود شدن جريان، ولتاژ بيش از حد مجاز يا افزايش دما، سيگنال خطا ارائه مي‌دهد. LM1951 توانايي درايو انواع بارهاي مقاومتي و سلفي را دارد و به‌دليل دارا بودن کلمپ ولتاژ منفي داخلي تا -30 ولت، امکان تخليه سريع انرژي سلفي را فراهم مي‌سازد. اين قطعه داراي ورودي منطقي سازگار با سطوح TTL و CMOS به همراه هيسترزيس بوده و زمان‌هاي روشن و خاموش شدن آن حدود 2 ميلي‌ثانيه است. همچنين جريان بيکاري در حالت خاموش معمولاً کمتر از 0.1 ميلي‌آمپر و در تمام بازه دمايي و ولتاژي کمتر از 10 ميلي‌آمپر مي‌باشد، که باعث مناسب بودن آن براي کاربردهاي صنعتي و خودرويي مي‌شود.
Description
The LM1951 is a high-side switch with a built-in PNP transistor designed for high current and high voltage applications, featuring an error detection circuit. It is guaranteed to deliver up to 1 amp output current and can withstand voltage transients up to ±85V. The error detection circuit provides a fault flag output under conditions such as output short to ground or supply, open load, current limit, overvoltage, or thermal shutdown. The LM1951 can drive all types of resistive and inductive loads and includes a built-in negative voltage clamp up to -30V to allow quick energy discharge from inductive loads. It has TTL and CMOS compatible logic inputs with hysteresis, with typical switching times of about 2 milliseconds for both turn-on and turn-off. Additionally, the quiescent current in the OFF state is typically less than 0.1 mA at room temperature and remains below 10 mA over the entire operating temperature and voltage range, making it well-suited for industrial and automotive applications.
