GS9216 يک تراشه با اندازه کوچک با يک مبدل سوئيچينگ همزمان باک ثابت نسبتاً ثابت است که براي برنامه‌هاي کاربردي در رايانه‌هاي نوت‌بوک و ساير دستگاه‌هاي قابل حمل با باتري مناسب است.
ويژگي‌ها شامل محدوده ولتاژ ورودي گسترده، راندمان بالا و پاسخ ديناميکي سريع است.
پاسخ سريع پويا گذرا به اين معني است که برنامه هاي مبدل باک مبتني بر GS9216 زماني که ولتاژ خروجي پايين مي آيد يا بالا مي رود، حدود 100 ثانيه پاسخ به بار ارائه مي دهد. فرکانس براي پاسخگويي به تغيير بار خروجي افزايش يا کاهش مي يابد. علاوه بر اين، GS9216 از همين روش براي تنظيم ولتاژ خروجي در هنگام تغيير ولتاژ ورودي استفاده مي کند.
هنگامي که پاسخ گذرا تنظيم شود، مبدل يک عملکرد حالت پايدار جديد را حفظ مي کند. هم در حالت پاسخ گذرا و هم در حالت جديد، GS9216 هميشه يک عرض به موقع دارد.
Description
The GS9216 is small size chip with a relative constant on-time synchronous buck switching converter suitable for applications in notebook computers and other battery operated portable devices.
Features include wide input voltage range, high efficiency and fast dynamic response The GS9216 has a unique power save mode, which can save battery power supply by decreasing frequency when load current falls down below preset critical current point.
The fast dynamic transient response means that buck converter applications based on GS9216 will provide about 100ns-order response to load when output voltage falls down or rises up. The frequency will increase or decrease to meet the change in output load. Moreover, the GS9216 will take the same method to regulate the output voltage when input voltage changes.
When transient response regulated, the converter will maintain a new steady-state operation. Both the transient response state and the new state, the GS9216 always has the same on-time width.
