TinySwitch™-LT داراي يک ماسفت برق 650 ولت، نوسانگر، منبع جريان سوئيچ ولتاژ بالا، محدوديت جريان (قابل انتخاب توسط کاربر) و مدار خاموش شدن حرارتي است. خانواده آي سي از يک طرح کنترل ON/OFF استفاده مي کند و يک راه حل انعطاف پذير طراحي با هزينه سيستم کم و قابليت توان افزايش يافته ارائه مي دهد.
TinySwitch-LT يک سوئيچ ماسفت برق ولتاژ بالا را با يک کنترل کننده منبع تغذيه در يک دستگاه ترکيب مي کند. برخلاف کنترلرهاي معمولي PWM (مدولاتور پهناي پالس)، از يک کنترل ساده ON/OFF براي تنظيم ولتاژ خروجي استفاده مي کند.
کنترل کننده شامل يک نوسان ساز، مدار فعال (حس و منطق)، ماشين حالت حد جريان، رگولاتور 5.85 ولت، پايه BYPASS/MULTI-FUNCTION، مدار اضافه ولتاژ و مدار انتخاب حد جريان، حفاظت از دماي بيش از حد، مدار محدوديت جريان، راهنما است. لبه خالي و ماسفت 650 ولت.
TinySwitch-LT داراي مدارهاي اضافي براي راه اندازي مجدد خودکار، تمديد به موقع چرخه سوئيچينگ تطبيقي و لرزش فرکانس است.
Description
TinySwitch™-LT incorporates a 650 V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit (user selectable) and thermal shutdown circuitry. The IC family uses an ON/OFF control scheme and offers a design flexible solution with a low system cost and extended power capability.
TinySwitch-LT combines a high-voltage power MOSFET switch with a power supply controller in one device. Unlike conventional PWM (pulse width modulator) controllers, it uses a simple ON/OFF control to regulate the output voltage.
The controller consists of an oscillator, enable circuit (sense and logic), current limit state machine, 5.85 V regulator, BYPASS/ MULTI-FUNCTION pin , overvoltage circuit, and current limit selection circuitry, over-temperature protection, current limit circuit, leading edge blanking, and a 650 V power MOSFET.
TinySwitch-LT incorporates additional circuitry for auto-restart, adaptive switching cycle on-time extension, and frequency jitter.
